Configure the Agent versions available for user download

The Downloads page of the Connected web application provides users access to a specific version of the Agent for each operating system. If you are a customer-level administrator, you can configure the OS-specific versions that users download from this page.

NOTE: Agents are generic and therefore suitable for any user to download and install.

To configure the Agent versions available for user download

  1. Click the HIERARCHY tab.
  2. At the top of the hierarchy, click the name of your company, and then click EDIT (edit icon).
  3. Under Agent Version Selection, set an Agent version for each operating system.
  4. Click SAVE.
