View and print collaboration files
The following list identifies the maximum size of files that the web application can display:
- PDF files. 100 MB
- MP4 files. 100 MB

To view and print a collaboration file

On the Collaborations page, click the collaboration that contains the file.
To open the Collaborations page if it is closed, click the FILES tab, and then click the COLLABORATION tile.

If you own the collaboration, under VIEWING, click Active Items or Active and Deleted Items, depending whether the file is active or deleted.
If you do not own the collaboration, you can see only active files in it.

Find the file, and then click it.
If you own the collaboration, you can view any available version of the file. To see all available versions, click the image that precedes the file's name, and then click VERSION HISTORY (
).
To quickly find an item, you can search for it. See how.To locate an item based on name or size in any folder, perform an advanced search. Otherwise, to search for an item by name in the current folder or its subfolders, do the following:

Click find something in this folder, and then enter any portion of the item's name. The search is case insensitive.
You can also use wildcard characters in your search criteria. See how.-
To match zero or more characters, enter an asterisk (
*
).For example,

To match a single character, enter a question mark (
?
).For example,

To match an item by exact name, enclose your text in double quotes ("

.NOTE: When you search using only the double quotes ("") without enclosing any text in between, the system displays a bad request error. Similarly, when you search using the special character %, the system displays the request could not be completed error.
As you type, the list updates to display the items that match your text.

- To clear the search and redisplay all items in the current folder, click

To view enhanced details about the file, click File Details.
The File Details link is available for all file types except
.pdf
and.mp4
. If you own the collaboration, it also lists any previous versions of the file. To view a previous version, click its modification date. -
To print the file, click
.
- To close a file that appears in the same tab, click either
or anywhere in the dimmed area around the file.
