Sharing overview

You can share any of your Connected files and folders with other people. When you share items, each recipient receives an email with a link to a web page that provides view-only access to a copy of your items for a limited amount of time. From that page, recipients can view, print, or download those copies. You can share files using the Connected web application.

NOTE: Connected administrative policies control who you can share files with and the types of files that you can share with them.

By default, users cannot share files until you create a sharing policy that allows it.
