Device Log report reference

The Device Log report provides detailed information about Agent activity gathered from Agent log files and system dumps. The online version of the report contains up to 500 rows of data that match your search criteria. The report's CSV file contains the complete data set.

The following table describes the report's columns.

Customer Id N/A The unique customer ID of the user at the time that the message occurred.
Group Id N/A The unique group ID of the user at the time that the message occurred.
User Id N/A The unique ID of the user at the time that the message occurred.
Device Id N/A The unique ID of the device running the Agent.
Group Name N/A The name of the group to which the user belongs.
User Name User

The first and last name of the user at the time that the message occurred.

If the user has been deleted, the value is the user's unique ID.
Email Address N/A

The email address of the user at the time that the message occurred.

If the user has been deleted, the value is the user's unique ID.
Device Name Device Name

The name of the device running the Agent, as assigned by the user or administrator. For example: MyComputer or JDoe-Laptop1.

OS Name N/A The name of the device's operating system, including version information.
Agent Version N/A

The version of the Agent installed on the device.
Platform Type N/A The general operating system platform for the device. (WINDOWS or MAC)
Log Level Severity The severity of the log message, such as "Information", "Warning", "Error", and so on.
Timestamp Event Date

The date and time that the Agent logged the event, in the following format:

  • CSV file. UTC time
  • Online. Browser's local time
App Name N/A The name of the application that logged the message. ("Connected")
Logger Name N/A The name of the Agent logger that logged the message.
Process Id N/A The local ID of the process that logged the message.
Thread Id N/A The local ID of the thread that logged the message.
Message Code N/A Reserved for future use.
Message Message The message that the Agent logged.
